These terms apply to your use of ringbulldog.com and the RingBulldog service. By using them, you agree to these terms.
RingBulldog provides AI-assisted call answering, text-back, booking and lead summaries for businesses. AI can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing leads and bookings and for how you handle emergencies. RingBulldog is not an emergency service.
New clients may get a free 14-day pilot, with setup included. There's no charge if you cancel before the pilot ends.
After the pilot, the service costs $197 a month, billed in advance, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use the service lawfully. That includes any required call-recording notices and consent for texts, and accurate information about your business.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
