What we collect

• Website forms: the name, company, email, phone and message you send us. Forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
• Service data: when a client uses RingBulldog, we process the details of calls and texts to that client's business. This can include caller phone numbers, call recordings or transcripts, and the information callers give us, such as name, address and service needed.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide the service (answering calls, booking jobs, sending summaries and confirmation texts), and improve quality. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with our clients (the business that was called) and with service providers that help us run the service, such as telephony, SMS, AI and hosting providers, under appropriate obligations. We also share it if the law requires.

Text messages

Callers may receive service texts about their own inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We don't share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as we need it to provide the service or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
